Salinas Pueblo Missions National Monument - New Mexico
Clustered around the small town of Mountainair, New Mexico are several puebloan and Spanish era ruins now preserved as a national monument. These ruins were centered on salt trade in the area and are in various states of repair. They are still quite remote and make for a great day trip through the high plains southeast of Albuquerque.
Hello! I am a landscape photographer currently living in Placitas, New Mexico. Nature is my true love and I enjoy capturing the places I have visited as well as the surrounding areas where I live in New Mexico and the Southwestern USA. Thanks for visiting my site and I hope you enjoy my work!

Beautiful monochromatic rendition...nicely captured!
Seth Betterly replied:
Thanks, I was happy to get some image out of the shadows of the backside of the ruins. I find the old southwestern ruins difficult to frame sometimes.
